Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there are few technologies for effectively removing antibiotics from livestock and poultry manure, but the increasing production of livestock and poultry manure and the impact of veterinary drug antibiotics left in manure on soil, water and ecological environment force us to solve this problem

Embodiment 1

[0037] Mix 100kg of fresh pig manure and sawdust according to the volume ratio of about 1:2, add about 3.0kg of antibiotic degradation oxidant (peat soil: FeSO 4 2400g: 600g), adjust the humidity of the compost between 55% and 65%. After the compost is fully mixed, it is placed in the compost bin for aerobic composting, and forced ventilation is used to provide oxygen to maintain the oxygen in the compost. The content is above 18%. At the initial stage of composting, control the ventilation to keep the temperature of the compost below 40°C and maintain it for at least 3 days, then reduce the ventilation to raise the temperature of the compost and maintain it at 50-70°C for at least 5-7 days, then increase the ventilation to decompose the compost The temperature of the pile is lowered to 30-40°C, and the temperature of the pile is maintained for about 3 days to completely degrade the antibiotics. After that, the pile is turned over and water is added appropriately to continue t...

Embodiment 2

[0039] 100kg of fresh cow dung and straw are mixed according to the volume ratio of about 1:3, and 4.0kg of antibiotic degradation oxidant (bentonite: FeSO 4 (3000g: 1000g) is fully mixed, and the humidity of the pile is adjusted between 55% and 65%. After the pile is fully mixed, it is placed in the compost bin for aerobic composting, and forced ventilation is used to provide oxygen to maintain The oxygen content of the heap is above 18%. Abstract

The invention relates to an organic fertilizer and a method for rapid degrading antibiotic in livestock manure. The organic fertilizer is prepared from fertilizer-making base stock, an organic conditioner and antibiotic degrading oxidant, wherein the volume ratio of the fertilizer-making base stock to the organic conditioner is 1 to 1-3, and the weight of the antibiotic degrading oxidant is 0.3-0.5wt% of total weight of the fertilizer-making base stock and the organic conditioner. According to the invention, an aerobic composting process is mainly utilized, and the purposes of thoroughly degrading the veterinary antibiotic in livestock manure and producing excellent organic fertilizer are achieved by regulating the ratio of the filler and adding the oxidant which is easy to degrade the antibiotic.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an organic fertilizer, in particular to an organic fertilizer and a composting method for rapidly degrading veterinary drug antibiotics in livestock manure. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics have been used in livestock and poultry farming since the early 1950s. The main uses of veterinary antibiotics are: for the treatment of animal diseases; as a growth regulator; to improve feed utilization efficiency. So far, antibiotics have played an important role in the development of agriculture and livestock and poultry breeding, and their use in many countries is also increasing. It is estimated that in 1999 the EU and Switzerland consumed a total of 13,288 tons of antibiotics, of which 35% were used in veterinary drugs and animal growth regulators. Antibiotics used in livestock and poultry farming in the United States account for 70% of the total antibiotic use in the country, about 16,200 tons, and the amount of growth reg...
