The surface tension of the stoste of the lipopeptide bio-surfactant fermentation liquor produced with the method provided by the invention is less than 26 mN / m; and after being centrifuged to remove thalli and then diluted by 500 times, the stoste of the lipopeptide bio-surfactant fermentation liquor obtains the surface tension of less than 34 mN / m.
