The invention relates to a hydrophobic oil-resistant 
flame-retardant anticorrosive multifunctional 
coating and a preparation method and belongs to the field of material 
surface modification. Specifically, fluorinated 
polyphosphazene elastomers of different 
fluorine element contents are prepared, and the comprehensive performance of the 
coating material can be greatly improved by using low-
temperature resistance, 
structural diversity, good 
solubility and workability of the fluorinated 
polyphosphazene elastomers and further adding functional fillers such as a reinforcer, an activating agent anda vulcanizer into a fluorinated 
polyphosphazene system; and the obtained 
coating material can be applicable to a variety of surface forming methods of paster, spray-coating, electrostatic jetting, 
sol-gel, phase separation and the like, hydrophobic oil-resistant anticorrosive coatings of surfaces of metallic and macromolecular materials can be prepared by using the methods, and meanwhile, the 
flame retardance of the macromolecular materials is improved. According to the hydrophobic oil-resistant 
flame-retardant anticorrosive multifunctional coating and the preparation method, the process is simple and 
pollution-free, the 
fluorine content and functionality of the material can be adjusted through lateral 
group selection during synthesis, and thus, the good interface and hydrophobic and oil-resistant integrated high performance of the coating are achieved.
