Exhaust aftertreatment system using urea water

An exhaust aftertreatment system comprises an injector for injecting urea water into an exhaust duct, and a denitration catalyst disposed downstream of the injector with respect to a flow of exhaust gas. The exhaust aftertreatment system reduces nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas by the denitration catalyst while using ammonia produced from the urea water injected from the injector. The urea water is injected along a direction of the flow of the exhaust gas within the exhaust duct, and a porous plate is disposed in multiple stages in a space of the exhaust duct such that droplets of the injected urea water impinge against the porous plate before reaching a wall surface of the exhaust duct. A surface of the porous plate subjected to the impingement of the droplets is arranged to face downstream with respect to the flow of the exhaust gas. Deposition of the urea water is prevented by causing film boiling when the droplets impinge against the porous plate, and the urea water reflected by the porous plate is uniformly dispersed into the exhaust gas. Thus, the urea water is uniformly dispersed into the exhaust gas without increasing a pressure loss of the exhaust gas. The urea water is prevented from depositing on the wall surface and producing a precipitate in the form of a solid.

Double track bridge construction process crossing existing railway operational lines

The invention discloses a double track bridge construction process crossing existing railway operational lines, and the constructed double track bridge comprises a front side bridge section, a crossed existing line bridge section with mutually connected front and rear ends and a rear side bridge section. The process comprises the following steps: 1) synchronously constructing the front side bridge section, the crossed existing line bridge section and the rear side bridge section, wherein the crossed existing line bridge section is constructed as follows: binding reinforcement cages, concreting, assembling temporary buttresses and D-shaped temporary beams, arranging movable slide rails, carrying out translation insertion on the temporary buttresses, setting up temporary beam supporters, hoisting the temporary beams, installing cap beam forming templates, concreting cap beams and removing all temporary strut members; and 2) folding the bridge sections. The invention has the advantages of reasonable design, convenient construction, low investment cost, good use effect, high construction efficiency, short construction period and low safety risk, and can effectively solve the actual problems such as large construction difficulty, long construction period, high investment cost, high safety risk and the like in the construction process of the crossed existing line gate piers.

Regulated Capacitive Loading and Gain Control of a Crystal Oscillator During Startup and Steady State Operation

An oscillator circuit and system are provided having a peak detector that can determine a peak voltage value from the oscillator. The peak voltage value can then be compared against a predetermined voltage value by a controller coupled to the peak detector. The comparison value is then used to change a bias signal if the peak voltage value is dissimilar from the predetermined voltage value. A variable capacitor or varactor can be formed from a transistor and is coupled to the oscillator for receiving the bias signal upon a varactor bias node. The bias signal is used to regulate the capacitance within the varactor as applied to the oscillator nodes. Another controller can also be coupled to the peak detector to produce a second bias signal if the peak voltage is dissimilar from a second predetermined voltage value. The second bias signal can then be forwarded into an amplifier having a variable gain to regulate the gain applied to the oscillator. The combination of a varactor and variable gain amplifier regulate the negative resistance applied to the resonating circuit during startup and steady state operations to ensure a relatively fast startup, and to maintain optimal loading and accurate steady state amplitude after startup has completed.

Multifunctional lift type suspension rail transportation system and braking, lifting, stabilizing and turnout device thereof

The invention discloses a multifunctional lift type suspension rail transportation system which is composed of overhead struts, truss tubular girders, a rail, a steering frame, a lifting and stabilizing system, a vehicle, turnouts, station facilities and automatic control and other mating systems, wherein the design of the multifunctional truss tubular girders can selectively realize functions of water pipes, pedestrian passageways, greenery landscapes, solar power generation and common pipelines on the basis of lightening dead-weight and saving materials to the maximum extent. The vehicle runs under the steering frame in a suspending mode, and the steering frame is composed of a phi-shaped plate rail, a U-shaped steering bracket with an upward opening and a permanent magnet brake device. As a magnetic suction caterpillar instead of a traveling wheel pair is used for driving a brake device, climbing ability can be improved greatly. A monolithic movement turnout is used for steering. When an overhead station is not selected, a lifting system and a self-compression foldable frame type anti-shaking and anti-falling device are selected, so that big marshalling operation and seamless linkage of multiple modes of transportation can be realized. The multifunctional lift type suspension rail transportation system is applicable for the field of urban or inter-city rail transportation, and has multiple technical specifications from low traffic volume to high traffic volume.

Preparation and use of sludge-stalk fibrous composite

The invention relates to a method for preparing a sludge-straw fibre composite material and application. Municipal sludge, straw fibre and industrial waste slag (desulfurized clinker and steel slag) are used as raw materials to prepare a sludge-fibre micelle copolymer by sludge modification technology and copolymer even stirring technology; the sludge-fibre micelle copolymer is used for ecological protection and restoration of a rock slope, a clay slope and a landfill field slope. The sludge-fibre micelle copolymer prepared by the technology recycles and utilizes sludge and straw fibre which are difficult to process; and compared with various green substrates, the sludge-fibre micelle copolymer does not need to add nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic fertilizer to soil, reutilizes waste and greatly reduces cost. The straw fibre improves the tensile and flexural mechanical performance of the sludge-fibre micelle copolymer and further achieves the mechanical strength index of the slope protection. Grass seeds are mixed to the copolymer; and the hydrological effect of plant and mechanical reinforcement effect of a plant root system are utilized to effectively circulate moisture and achieve the functions of reinforcing the slope and greening environment.
