Embodiment 1

[0036] According to the processing position and shape requirements of the air film hole of the blade, the blade is clamped and positioned by the tenon of the blade, and the hole to be processed is adjusted to the station through the five axes of X, Y, Z, A, B, and the hollow hole with an outer diameter of 0.38 mm The electrode wire is clamped by the spindle head and adjusted to the required position of the hole to be processed by the machine tool.

[0037] like figure 2 As shown in a, start the high-frequency narrow pulse width pulse power supply, the electrode rotating motor, and the high-pressure water pump for flushing liquid in the electrode. By detecting the discharge state, use the normally open and normally closed clamps at the lower end of the electrode to clamp the electrode and perform servo control. To, realize EDM round hole machining. By detecting the change of current and voltage when the electrode penetrates the exit of the hole to be processed from liquid dis...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of small hole electric machining and particularly relates to a machining method of a gravity-free smelting layer air membrane hole of an aviation engine turbine blade. The machining method comprises four steps: firstly, machine a circular hole with a needed size a nickel-based high-temperature alloy blade on a gas turbine by utilizing washing liquid electric sparks in a hollow electrode according to a design requirement; then utilizing the same electrode to electrolyze the machined circular hole in an electrolyte environment of an outer washing solution to remove a re-smelted layer; then, raising the electrode and utilizing an electric spark servo scanning and milling and machining process to machine a dustpan-shaped hole opening of the air membrane hole; and finally, utilizing the end part of the electrode to carry out electrolytic milling machining on the dustpan-shaped hole opening to remove the re-smelted layer of the hole opening so as to improve the surface quality. According to the machining method disclosed by the invention, the problem of a residual re-smelted layer and small cracks of the air membrane hole machined by the electric sparks can be solved, a secondary clamping and positioning error is avoided and the machining efficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical processing of tiny holes, and in particular relates to a method for processing gas film holes without a remelting layer of an aeroengine turbine blade. Background technique [0002] The turbine is the part with the largest thermal load and mechanical load in the aero-engine, and the turbine blades bear the impact of high-temperature and high-pressure gas after combustion in the engine cycle. The temperature before the turbine is an important indicator of engine performance, and increasing the temperature before the turbine is an effective measure to increase the gas circulation work per kilogram and increase the thrust of the engine. Due to the limited temperature that the turbine blade material can withstand, it is necessary to adopt an effective cooling method to reduce the wall temperature of the turbine blade. Turbine cooling mainly relies on film cooling technology. Film cooling is a ther...
