The allocation mode comprises the following steps: in the beginning of March, tree pits are dug in the middle zone, the side zones and the two sides of a road according to certain planting space, and cake fertilizer or composite fertilizer is applied in the tree pits; the middle zone of the road adopts the allocation mode of camphorwood, photinia fraseri, carpe myrtle, goldleaf privet and ground cover plant (ophiopogon japonicus); the side zones of the road adopt the allocation mode of sweet osmanthus, red maple, euonymus japonicus L.f. aureo-marginatus Rehd., and ground cover plant (zephyranthes candida); the two sides of the road adopt the allocation mode of koelreuteria paniculata, oleander, redrlowered loropetalum, pittosporum tobira and ground cover plant (zoysia matrella); and the plants are planted according to certain planting space and color block patterns, and the root-fixing water is watered on the plants.
