Abstract

The adhesive is manufactured by mixing an adhesive material and solvent gasoline according to a ratio of 1:10 to 15, wherein the adhesive material comprises, by weight,100 parts of natural rubber, 30-42 parts of black carbon, 3-8 parts of precipitated silica, 3-6 parts of zine oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 6-8 parts ofdispersants, 1-5 parts of bis-(gamma-triethoxysilypropyl)tetrasulfide, 1-3 parts of N,N'-m-phenylenedimaleimide, 2-4 parts of antioxidants, 2-3 parts of insoluble sulfur, 1-2 parts of accelerators and 0.1-0.3 part of an anti-scorching agent. A total amount of black carbon and precipitated white carbon black in the above adhesive material is 38-45 parts.
