Abstract

The invention relates to green mining support oil which is prepared by comprising the following steps: (1) weighing the following compositions in parts by weight: 70-75 parts of waste vegetable oil, 20-30 parts of ethylene glycol and 0.4-0.6 part of a catalyst,, mixing and adding the compositions into a reactor, and reacting for 3-4 hours under the nitrogen protection, cooling to 70-80 DEG C, and conducting thermal reaction for 2-4 hours to prepare alkanolamide fatty acid ester; and (2) agitating the following ingredients: 100 weight parts totally at 70-80 DEG C, 60 parts of alkanolamide fatty acid ester, 3-5 parts of an emulsifying agent, 2-5 parts of an antirust agent, 4-6 parts of a corrosion-resistant agent, 3-6 parts of a water softening agent and the balance of water, agitating for 30 minutes to obtain the green mining support oil.
