Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treatment of oil sludge by microwave catalytic pyrolysis. The method consists of: leaving preheated oil sludge and a catalyst to enter a pyrolysis reactor equipped with external microwave radiation together; conducting thermal conversion on the oil sludge and the catalyst in the reactor, making pyrolysis gas enter a three-phase separator, recycling the upper gas phase component, discharging the bottom oily sewage into a sewage treatment system, and delivering the recovered oil into a storage tank for storage. According to the invention, by adding a proper amount of the catalyst with a "hydrogen transfer" function into the oil sludge subjected to microwave pyrolysis, hydrogen in the light oil component of the oil sludge can be transferred out to stabilize free radicals generated by the reaction, so that the oil sludge can undergo a complete and effective pyrolysis treatment.
