Abstract

The invention discloses a butadiene production system and a butadiene production method for improving butadiene yield and raffinate yield. The system comprises a gas-liquid separation device and an extraction device. A pre-hydrogenation reactor is arranged before the gas-liquid separation device. A post-hydrogenation device is arranged after the extraction device. The method comprises the steps that: cracked mixed C4 is subjected to hydrogenation, such partial alkyne is removed; gas-liquid separation is carried out; a liquid phase is extracted and rectified in the extraction device, such that a butadiene product is obtained; and high-alkyne tail gas produced by the extraction device is subjected to a hydrogenation reaction, such that an olefin product is obtained. With the system and method provided by the invention, butadiene yield of the extraction device is improved; and high-alkyne C4 tail gas needing a torch discharge pipe network is produced into C4 olefin through hydrogenation. C4 olefin is utilized as a C4 raffinate, such that C4 hydrocarbon is sufficiently utilized.
