Problems solved by technology

The third is to screen plant research, the treatment of artificial uranium-contaminated soil is carried out during plant growth (Tang Li, et al. Screening and accumulation characteristics of super-accumulative plants in repaired uranium-contaminated soil. Nuclear Technology, 2009, 32, (2): 136 -141; Xu Jun, et al. Studies on the tolerance of three plants to uranium and the difference of uranium uptake and accumulation in soil. Chemical Research and Application, 2009, 21(3): 322-326; Wan Qinfang, et al. Absorption and enrichment of uranium. Acta Bot, 2011, 46 (4): 425–436). This method does not meet the actual situation of most uranium-contaminated soils (uranium tailings, etc.), and uranium ions in the solution directly affect plants Or absorbed by plants, which is different from the fact that uranium ions in actual uranium-contaminated soil are mostly absorbed by soil solids
These technical inventions play an important role in the remediation of uranium-contaminated soil in specific areas or with specific concentrations. However, the U content in slag and soil of some uranium tailing ponds in China varies between 26.11-122.1 mg·kg-1 (Wang Ruilan , et al. Abstract

The invention discloses a method for restoring uranium-contaminated soil by utilizing gemina spr. The method comprises the following steps of: thining and leveling uranium-contaminated soil the pollution concentration of which is 25-125 mgUkg<-1>, and bedding with the width of 1.4m and the height of 0.1m; applying 2500-3000kg of decomposed people and animal manure per 667m<2> as a basal fertilizer; seeding in April, wherein the sprouting density is 80 strains m<-2> or so; adding the fertilizer when the height of the gemina spr seedlings is 10 cm or so, applying 750-1000kg of decomposed people and animal manure per 667 m<2>, adding 2000-3000 kg of water to deliquate, and pouring the root of the gemina spr; and pulling up the gemina spr by the roots from the contaminated soil and moving away for centralized processing when the plant height of the gemina spr is 50 cm. The method is repeated every year, and the soil uranium content is notably reduced. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the operation is simple, the management is convenient, the cost is low, and a restoring effect is good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to regeneration of polluted soil, in particular to a method for using plants to remediate polluted soil. Background technique [0002] The development of nuclear industry and nuclear energy utilization has led to a rapid increase in the use of uranium. The mining and smelting of uranium produces a large amount of tailings and waste, which seriously pollutes the soil. Uranium in the soil accumulates in the human body due to bioaccumulation, and the uranium content in the human kidney exceeds 3 mg·kg -1 , will produce damage ( Sheppard S.C., Sheppard M.I., Gallerand M.O., Sanipelli B.,2005. Derivation of ecotoxicity thresholds for uranium. J. Environ. Radioactiv . 79, 55–83). It is very important to control the environment polluted by uranium to achieve sustainable development and protect human health. [0003] The control of uranium pollution has been widely concerned at home and abroad. Under the comparison of cost and benefit,...
