The preparation method of the negative electrode for the metal air battery comprises the following steps: (1), preparing the hydrophobic diffusion layer; (2) preparing the catalyst layer; and (3), preparing the nickel foam and a negative electrode which is compressed based on the hydrophobic diffusion layer.
