The invention discloses a hastelloy stainless steel seamless steel pipe comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 14.5-16.5% of chromium, 15-17% of molybdenum, 4-7% of iron, 3-4.5% of tungsten, less than or equal to 2.5% of cobalt, less than or equal to 0.01% of carbon, less than or equal to 1% of manganese, less than or equal to 0.08% of silicon, less than or equal to 0.35% of vanadium, less than or equal to 0.04% of phosphorus, less than or equal to 0.03% of sulfur and the balance of nickel; and the method for manufacturing the hastelloy stainless steel seamless steel pipe comprises the following steps of: (1) checking the material and performing primary acid washing on the material; (2) performing polishing, combined rolling and drawing and oil removal on the blank acid-washed previously; (3) determining whether the requirements of the finished product are met, and if not, performing solid-solution thermal treatment, straightening and acid washing on the intermediate and repeating the step 2; and (4) if so, performing solid-solution thermal treatment and straightening on the finished product, and then performing fixed-length cutting, acid washing and examination on the finished product.
