Abstract

The reinforced hose pipe comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe, wherein the inner pipe and the outer pipe consist of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC, 2-3 parts of heat stabilizer, 25-30 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer, 5-8 parts of anti-freezing agent, 5-10 parts of anti-impact modifier, 2-3 parts of ultraviolet screening agent, 2-3 parts of pigment fillers, 4-6 parts of wear-resistant modifier and 1-3 parts of antioxidant. A preparation method of the reinforced hose pipe comprises the following steps of: 1) evenly mixing all the raw materials; 2) mixing-granulating; 3) extruding a PVC inner pipe body from a first extruder, cooling for shaping the inner pipe body, and drawing the inner pipe body; 4) winding the surface of the inner pipe body with polyester fibers, and then heating and drying the inner pipe body; and 5) extruding an outer pipe body from a second extruder, cooling for shaping the outer pipe body, and drawing the outer pipe body.
