The invention discloses a method for extracting total alkaloids from fritillaria pallidiflora, which comprises the following steps of: drying and grinding fritillaria pallidiflora; adding acid ethanol and performing reflux extraction for 2-4 times; filtering and performing reduced-pressure recovery until ethanol smell disappears; performing alkalization; respectively letting NaCl and distilled water pass through any macroporous adsorption resin of AB-8, HPD450 and X-5 to remove inorganic salt and water-soluble impurities; respectively letting 30-50% ethanol solution and 60-90% ethanol solution pass through the macroporous adsorption resin to elute off alkaloids adsorbed on the resin; collecting the elution liquid and performing reduced-pressure recovery and concentrating to obtain extract; and drying at 40-60 DEG C for 72 hours to obtain the total alkaloids of fritillaria pallidiflora.
