Abstract

The invention discloses an asphalt pavement curing agent which comprises A components and B components which are mutually independent, wherein the A components comprise epoxide resin, an organic solvent A, carbon black, a dispersing agent, a permeating agent and a heat stabilizer A; the B components comprise a curing agent, an organic solvent B, asphalt, an asphalt regenerant and a heat stabilizer B; the curing agent is cashew-nut oil modified amine. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly sequentially adding the A components into a stirring kettle, storing a dispersion liquid prepared after dispersion; sequentially adding the B components to the stirring kettle, and storing in a sealing way after the dispersion. When the asphalt pavement curing agent is applied, the A components and the B components are uniformly mixed on site, the mass ratio is controlled to (1:1)-(2:1), then aggregates are added, spread and compacted, and the asphalt pavement curing agent is directly coated on an asphalt pavement at normal temperature without being heated or diluted during construction application. The asphalt pavement curing agent disclosed by the invention can be used for reducing and regenerating aged asphalt, outstandingly reducing the water penetration coefficient of the asphalt pavement and improving the pavement property.
