Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the existing medicaments for treating copper-containing wastewater, the most conventional sodium sulfide is generally added to the copper-containing wastewater to make the Cu in the water 2+ Precipitation; using this method to remove copper in wastewater requires a large amount, which can easily darken the color of the water body, cause secondary pollution, and produce odorous gases. It has basically no treatment effect on complexed copper wastewater, and the cost performance is not high.

Embodiment 1

[0019] The method for removing low-concentration copper-containing wastewater described in the embodiments of the present invention mainly consists of the following steps:

[0020] (1) First, add polyaluminum chloride to the wastewater and stir for 2-5 minutes, and the dosage is 30ppm;

[0021] (2) Then, add trisodium thiocyanate and stir for 2-5 minutes, and the dosage is 10ppm;

[0022] (3) Finally, add anions and stir thoroughly for 10-20 minutes, the dosage is 1ppm, settle for 10-20 minutes, and then filter to detect the copper content in the filtered water.

Embodiment 2

[0024] The method for removing low-concentration copper-containing wastewater described in the embodiments of the present invention mainly consists of the following steps:

[0025] (1) First, add polyaluminum chloride to the wastewater and stir for 2-5 minutes, and the dosage is 60ppm;

[0026] (2) Then, add trisodium thiocyanate and stir for 2-5 minutes, and the dosage is 20ppm;

[0027] (3) Finally, add anions and stir thoroughly for 10-20 minutes, the dosage is 2ppm, settle for 10-20 minutes, and then filter to detect the copper content in the filtered water.

[0028] Through the above method, the system only needs to add sodium hydroxide, PAC, trisodium thiocyanate and anion, and the copper content in the water body can be reduced by about 99.5%. Less and less expensive.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for removing low-concentration copper-containing wastewater, and the method comprises the following steps of: (1) firstly, adding polyaluminium chloride to wastewater pH, and stirring for 2-5 minutes, wherein the addition dosage has the concentration of 30-500 ppm; (2) then, adding trithiocyanuric acid trisodium salt to wastewater obtained through the final treatment of the step (1), and stirring for 2-5 minutes, wherein the addition dosage has the concentration of 10-100 ppm; and (3) finally, adding anions to the wastewater obtained through the final treatment of the step (2), sufficiently stirring for 10-20 minutes, depositing, filtering, and detecting, wherein the addition dosage has the concentration of 0.5-5 ppm. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of better removal effect on copper with various forms in a water body and high copper removal ratio.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a copper-containing wastewater treatment technology, in particular to a method for removing low-concentration copper-containing wastewater. Background technique [0002] With the development of modern industry, processes such as printed circuit boards, electroplating, tanning, and chemical manufacturing will produce a large amount of copper-containing wastewater. If not properly treated, it will pollute the environment and endanger human health. Copper-containing wastewater is a kind of wastewater produced by metallurgy, electronics and other industries, mainly including copper powder washing wastewater, electroplating wastewater and etching waste liquid in the production process of printed circuit boards, etc. Copper-containing wastewater is extremely harmful to animals, plants and humans , use copper-containing wastewater to irrigate farmland, and copper ions will be fixed in the roots of plants, affecting nutrient absorption...
