Problems solved by technology

The reaction industrialization conditions are complicated. Although iron and hydrogen peroxide are used cleanly, there will be secondary metal pollution and the industrialization cost of hydrogen peroxide is high, so it cannot be recycled and reused.
[0007] None of the above-mentioned existing technologies has improved the entire route of industrialized treatment of halogenated phenols, especially the industrial large-dose organic waste-to-treasure process, and its final products become water and carbon dioxide, which have no reuse value

Abstract

The invention discloses a halogenated alkylphenol waste liquid cleaning and recycling process which comprises the following steps: in the presence of a metal catalyst and alkali, producing a reduction reaction of halogenated alkylphenol waste liquid and a compound solvent A with hydrogen in a reaction tower to obtain a reaction solution; mixing the obtained reaction solution with tetrachloroethylene, adding a mixture into a rectifying tower, and performing rectification, purification, separation, condensation and cooling to obtain a homogeneous-phase mixed solution; producing a chlorination reaction of the obtained homogeneous-phase mixed solution with a certain amount of chlorinating agent in a chlorination tower to obtain a chlorinated solution; and transferring the obtained chlorinated solution into a crystallization kettle, heating and cooling for crystallization, and performing solid-liquid separation and solid drying to obtain 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol. Compared with the prior art, the process is smooth, simple and convenient to operate, and the content of the obtained 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol is not less than 99%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a reprocessing process of by-product waste liquid generated in a basic chemical chlorination process, in particular to a process for cleaning, recycling and reusing halogenated alkylphenol waste liquid. Background technique [0002] 4-Chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol is recognized as a high-efficiency, broad-spectrum and safe fungicide, and is the preferred fungicide certified by the US FDA. After the outbreak of SARS in 2002, as people pay more and more attention to personal hygiene, its global demand has increased year by year. Wei Wenlong from Taiyuan University of Technology mentioned in "Research on the Synthesis of p-Chloroxylenol" that "since the emergence of the SARS virus, people's awareness of self-care has been increasing, and the demand for sterilization and disinfection in daily life has also increased day by day. p-Chloro-m-xylenol provides a broader market”, and also mentioned that “p-Chloro-m-xylenol has attracted wid...
