Abstract

The manufacturing technology sequentially comprises the following steps of: S1. smashing 30 weight parts of clay, 40 weight parts of aluminum oxide, 25 weight parts of kaoline, 1-3 weight parts of iron powder, 2-5 weight parts of manganese, calcium or zinc powder, and filtering the raw materials through a sieve being 200 meshes to obtain mud powder, S2. adding a proper amount of water into the mud powder according to the weight ratio of 1:9, then pressing the mixture by a press to obtain a ceramic plate, and drying the obtained ceramic plate at an indoor normal-temperature ventilating position, S3. putting the ceramic plate obtained in the step S2 into a kiln for sintering for 14-16 hours, cooling the ceramic plate, and discharging the ceramic plate out of the kiln, S4. adding olibanum into a metal oxide, grinding the mixture into paste, and then drawing pictures on the cooled ceramic plate out of the kiln by taking camphorated oil as a diluent, and S5. putting the ceramic plate painting obtained in the step S4 into the kiln for sintering for 7-9 hours, cooling and discharging the ceramic plate painting.
