Abstract

The invention relates to a multilayer rubber composite insulating blanket and a preparation method thereof. The rubber composite insulating blanket comprises the following active ingredients including natural rubber, zinc oxide, stearic acid, diethylene glycol, stearic acid, light calcium carbonate, white carbon black, transformer oil, diethylene glycol and pigment permant orange. The preparation method comprises the steps of: firstly, plasticating the natural rubber and then standing for more than four hours, performing banburying on all the active ingredients in a banbury mixer, controlling the temperature at 70-90DEG C, emptying after the banburying time lasts for 10min-15min, filtering the rubber after standing and cooling, adding an accelerant M, an accelerant D, an accelerant DM and sulphur for mixing evenly under the condition of the temperature of 40DEG C-60DEG C, batching off for later use, laminating three to eight rubber sheets coated with a parting agent, conducting press fit to four edges with a compression shaft, and conducting vulcanization and finishing to produce a finished product. The multilayer rubber composite insulating blanket and the preparation method thereof have the advantages of being simple in technique, and good in flexibility, having a buffering role and high and low temperature resistance property; the product can be used for a long term under the environment condition of 80DEG C to minus 40DEG C, and is good in electrical insulation property.
