The PVDF toughened PVC comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC, 10-15 parts of PVDF, 5-30 parts of CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene), 5-20 parts of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 5-30 parts of toughening agent, 2-20 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant and 0.4-4 parts of lubricating agent. The notch impact strength of a product is 40KJ / m<2>, and compared with the existing PVC, the PVC provided by the invention has the advantages that the notch impact strength is improved by more than 4 times; the elasticity modulus is near 260MPa and is improved by 40-50MPa compared with that of the existing toughened PVC; the tensile strength is 60-90 MPa and is improved by 50MPa compared with that of the pure PVC; and the product is 60-80% in elongation at break and low in toxicity, is antistatic, anti-aging and chemical corrosion, can be widely produced and can replace the existing materials continuously.
