The machine-blasting mortar water-retaining agent is composed of the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 18-22% of mordenite powder, 0.4-0.6% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 7.2-7.8% of sodium lignosulphonate, 7.2-7.8% of calcium lignosulphonate, 4.7-5.3% of anhydrous citric acid, 2.2-2.8% of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 2.2-2.8% of plyvinyl alcohol, 2.2-2.8% of active silica, 2.2-2.8% of aluminium hydroxide, 14-16% of silica fume, 9-11% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 4.5-5.5% of guar gum, 14-16% of sodium bentonite, 2.2-2.8% of starch ether and 2.0-2.8% of lignocellulose. By adding the machine-blasting mortar water-retaining agent in conventional mortar, the obtained wet-mixed mortar is good in tixotropic fluidity and excellent in wall (vertical) surface sag resistance.
