Abstract
The invention discloses a fireproof safe paint composition composed of the components of, by weight: 40-60 parts of alkyd resin, 10-15 parts of acrylate, 5-10 parts of silica particles, 3-8 parts of paraffin chloride, 3-5 parts of alumina, 5-10 parts of sepiolite powder, 1-3 parts of cyclohexanone, and 3-8 parts of a coupling agent. Epoxy resin is used for modification. Epoxy resin comprises hydroxyl group. Epoxy group and ether group with molecular weight higher than medium has high polarity. Epoxy resin has high adhesion force, optimal acid-alkali resistance, good acid resistance, film-forming contraction within 1%, good stability and good insulation, and is named chemical alloy. With epoxy resin, the adhesion force of the paint is greatly improved from grade 3 to grade 1-2. Paint film corrosion resistance and impact strength are high, and firmer hardness is good.
