Abstract

The lubricant is prepared by taking NO.46 oil for a total-loss system as base oil, and combining a plurality of composite additives including an anti-wear agent, an oiliness additive, a friction improver, an antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor, a metal passivator, an anti-foaming agent, an anti-emulsion agent, a cleaning agent and a disperser. The lubricant is high in adsorbability, a layer of uniform and continuous oil film is guaranteed to form between a roll and a rolled piece, the friction coefficients in the rolling process can be reduced, the adhesion between metal and tools can be decreased, and the lubricant has lubrication, cooling, cleaning and thermal oxidization stability properties.
