The alcohol effect dispelling and liver protecting health-care product comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of coconut oil powder, 60-70 parts of konjac powder, 5-10 parts of semen hoveniae, 5 parts of fructus amomi, 4.5-5 parts of fructus citri and 0-0.5 part of citric acid. The preparation method of the health-care product comprises the following steps: (1) respectively crushing and sieving the coconut oil powder, the konjac powder, the semen hoveniae, the fructus amomi and the fructus citri, wherein the size of a sieve is 100 meshes; (2) weighing the components according to the parts by weight, and mixing uniformly; and (3) adding an additive to prepare capsules or tablets.
