Problems solved by technology

[0004] Traditional aflatoxin detoxification methods include physical and chemical methods, including ammoniation method, alkali method, high temperature method, ray irradiation method and ultrafiltration-diafiltration method, etc. These methods have unstable effects, large loss of nutrients, The degradation products are complex, the toxicity of the degradation products is difficult to determine, and it is difficult to produce on a large scale; in addition, there are adsorption methods, which can also adsorb nutrients while adsorbing toxins

Embodiment 1

[0029] Embodiment 1, the isolation and identification of bacteria

[0030] 1. Isolation of bacteria

[0031] (1) In June 2013, in the ultra-clean workbench, the soil samples collected from the suburbs of Beijing were shaken in sterile distilled water for 15 minutes to prepare the bacterial suspension, and the shaker speed was 180rpm.

[0032] (2) Dilute the bacterial suspension in a concentration gradient with sterile distilled water, spread it on the NA medium plate, and cultivate it at 30°C for 24 hours. The colonies cover the entire plate. Use an inoculation loop to pick out the shape, size, Strains with different colors and transparency were streaked and purified on plates, and the purified strains were applied to the aflatoxin degradation experiment. A strain with strong aflatoxin degradation ability was obtained and named L15.

Abstract

The invention discloses an arthrobacterium and an application thereof in degradation of aflatoxin and provides an arthrobacterium (Arthrobacter sp.) L15 which is assigned the accession number CGMCC No.8869. An experiment in the invention proves that the arthrobacterium L15 is discovered in the invention. Aflatoxin can be degraded efficiently when a fermentation liquor of the arthrobacterium L15 is added to the aflatoxin and dissolving and uniform mixing are carried out. The arthrobacterium L15, used as a biological material for degrading aflatoxin, has good application prospects in exploitation of not only novel biodegradation inoculants but also novel biodegradation sterile preparations.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to an Arthrobacter strain and its application in degrading aflatoxin. Background technique [0002] Aflatoxin (AFT) is a class of toxic secondary metabolites mainly produced by Aspergillus flavus and A. parasiticus fungi, with carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects, only 0.294 mg / kg dose can cause acute poisoning death in sensitive animals (Bondy and Pestka, 2000; Wang et al., 2002; Rawal, et al., 2010), and its main target is the liver, which is the primary cause of malignant tumors. It is one of the main factors of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and it can also cause acute lesions of the kidney and adrenal gland (Poirier et al., 2000; Kensler et al., 2011). [0003] The basic structure of aflatoxin is difuran ring and oxinone (coumarin), the former is the basic toxic structure, and the latter has enhanced toxicity and carcinogenic effect. There are about 20 kinds of aflato...
