Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing high-purity paeoniflorin. The method comprises the steps of smashing the medicinal material-radix paeoniae alba; screening by a 50-mesh sieve; soaking with 70-80% ethanol solution which is 6-8 times as much as the smashed medicinal material-radix paeoniae alba for 1-2 hours; extracting by ultrasonic waves and microwaves, wherein the power of ultrasonic waves is controlled to be 600W(normally open), and the power of microwaves is controlled to be 500-800W; extracting for 1-4 hours; centrifuging; taking the supernate; concentrating the extracting solution to obtain extract; dissolving into water; extracting by using petroleum ether and ethyl acetate; taking the water layer; adding n-butyl alcohol and extracting 2-4 times; mixing the upper-phase organic solutions; decoloring by using activated carbon; concentrating at reduced pressure to obtain crude extract; and recrystallizing to obtain the high-purity paeoniflorin. The method reduces loss of effective components since the step of chromatographic column separation is omitted; and therefore the method has advantages of simple operation, short production cycle and high product purity, and is applicable to industrial production.
