Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic and particularly relates to a high-whiteness bone ceramic. The invention aims to solve a technical problem of providing the bone ceramic which is good in color and high in whiteness. To solve the technical problem, the invention provides the high-whiteness bone ceramic. A blank body of the bone ceramic comprises, by mass, 5%-7% of feldspar, 2%-3% of talc, 8%-9% of kaolin, 9%-11% of quartz, 10%-13% of alumina and 66%-57% of bone powder. The invention has following beneficial effects: (1) the bone ceramic is good in color and high in whiteness since the content of the bone powder is high and the contents of lead and cadmium are very low in the raw materials; and (2) the alumina is employed in the raw materials of the bone ceramic, wherein the alumina is low in cost and is high in the content of aluminium oxide so that a production cost of the bone ceramic can be effectively reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramics, and in particular relates to a high-whiteness bone ceramic. Background technique [0002] Bone ceramics is the abbreviation of bone china, the scientific name bone china. It is a kind of porcelain made of animal bone charcoal, clay, feldspar and quartz as the basic raw materials, which are fired twice by high-temperature biscuit firing and low-temperature glaze firing. Bone ceramics are also an environmentally friendly green consumer product. Bone ceramics are recognized as the highest grade porcelain in the world. [0003] Features of bone ceramics: 1. Beautiful appearance: the porcelain is delicate and transparent, the shape is beautiful and elegant, the color surface is moist and bright, and the flower surface is colorful; 2. High grade: produced in England, it has long been the special porcelain for the British royal family and nobles. It is currently the only high-grade porcelain recogniz...
