Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater from chemical industry and particularly relates to a treatment method and system for high concentration salt-containing wastewater for production of nigrosine. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out alkali precipitation, extraction and filtration on high concentration salt-containing wastewater for production of nigrosine to remove organic matters and suspension colloids in the wastewater; and desalting the pre-treated high concentration salt-containing wastewater for production of nigrosine by virtue of a bipolar membrane device, and directly converting sodium chloride in the wastewater into hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions with corresponding concentrations. The treatment method and system for high concentration salt-containing wastewater for production of nigrosine, provided by the invention, are free from secondary pollution and solid wastes. The removed salt can be directly converted into hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions with certain concentrations so as to be returned to the front end alkali precipitation process. The treatment method and system have the advantages of being good in desalting effect, saved in resource and energy, simple in process, low in operating cost and the like.
