The UV cold stamping glue disclosed by the invention has excellent adhesion on a vacuum coating, especially an aluminum-coated layer. The UV cold stamping glue can be used for solving the technical state that a connecting layer is needed to be additionally arranged outside a vacuum coating for an existing cold stamping film, thereby simplifying the production process of the cold stamping film, lowering the manufacturing cost of the cod stamping film and reducing the emission of VOC (volatile organic compounds).
