The waterproof acrylic acid adhesive tape is prepared from components A in parts by weight, and the components A comprises paraffin, a silane coupling agent, methyl ethyl ketone, isocyanate, methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate and dimethyldiethoxylsilane. Due to the formation of a network structure, the distance among latex particles can be shortened greatly, the gaps among latex particles can be narrowed, water molecules can be hereby prevented from entering the acrylic acid adhesive, and the purposes of improving the cohesion and the water resistance of an adhesive film can be achieved.
