Embodiment Construction

[0009] A method for producing biomass fuel with cow dung as a raw material, comprising the following steps:

[0010] (1) Pretreatment: Fully mix cow dung with 3% catalyst, and react for 20 minutes at 160°C and 0.9MPa;

[0011] (2) Solid-liquid separation: The treated cow dung is separated into solid-liquid by a solid-liquid separator;

[0012] (3) Biomass fuel production: The solid cow dung separated in step (2) is dried, crushed, screened, and briquetted to be made into block biomass fuel.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing a new type of biomass fuel using cow dung. The method includes the following steps: (1) pre-processing: enabling the cow dung to react for 20 minutes under the conditions of 150-180 DEG C and 0.8-1.2 Mpa in the presence of a catalyst; (2) solid-liquid separation: separating the solid cow dung from the liquid after preprocessing; (3) biomass fuel production: producing biomass particle fuel using the separated solid dung. The method provided by the invention solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the cow dung produced in farms; the cow dung is processed into the biomass fuel which is clean and environment-friendly and reduces greenhouse effects caused by fossil energy consumption; the cow dung solid fuel basically realizes zero emission standards of the environmental protection, can efficiently replace three major types of energy with high pollution and high emissions, and reduces the usage amount of direct-fired fuel wood; the resource utilization of agricultural wastes such as the dung of grazing cows is a strategic measure for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and a powerful action for protecting the ecological environment, drives the establishment of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and maintains the harmonious development of human beings, nature and economy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomass fuel production, in particular to a method for preparing biomass fuel from cow dung. Background technique [0002] Cow dung not only pollutes the environment, but also seriously threatens human health. The feces and urine produced by livestock and poultry farms contain a large amount of organic matter such as N and P, which will pollute water sources and lead to eutrophication of water bodies; hydrogen sulfide, indole, ammonia, amides, and amines produced by anaerobic decomposition of livestock and poultry excrement and urine The stench and harmful gases will pollute the air and reduce the air quality; cow dung also contains a large number of pathogenic microorganisms and parasites. These harmful bacteria and insect eggs not only pollute the environment, but also threaten people's health through various means. Of course, in addition to polluting the environment and endangering human health, the various pol...
