Abstract

The invention relates to a hydrotreatment method of waste cooking oil. According to the hydrotreatment method, waste cooking oil enters a hydrogenation reactor from the upper part of the hydrogenation reactor, hydrogen enters the hydrogenation reactor from the lower part of the hydrogenation reactor, and the waste cooking oil and the hydrogen adversely flow through a bed layer containing a hydrogenation catalyst in the hydrogenation reactor under hydrogenation conditions; effluent from the top of the hydrogenation reactor directly enters a dechloridation reactor and flows through a bed layer filled with dechloridation agent under dechloridation conditions; effluent from the bottom of the hydrogenation reactor and effluent from the dechloridation reactor enter a separation system to be subjected to gas-liquid separation, and therefore, the hydrofined oil of the waste cooking oil is obtained. By virtue of the hydrotreatment method of the waste cooking oil, the problem of chloridion corrosion in the separation system of a hydrogenation device in the hydrogenation process of the waste cooking oil can be effectively solved.
