Problems solved by technology

The defect of this patent is that the fiber in the flax meal is not separated from the compounds such as protein and polysaccharide by mechanical means. Therefore, the purity of the prepared flax dietary fiber is not high, and the more fatal defect is that the prepared product does not remove the Toxic substance cyanogenic glucoside

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment.

[0016] The extraction method of composite flax dietary fiber of the present invention comprises the steps:

[0017] (1) After peeling the cleaned flaxseeds, the flaxseed skins with a kernel-containing rate of less than 2% in the skins are obtained;

[0018] (2) degreasing the linseed skin by pressing it with a screw press and then degreasing it with a solvent leaching method to obtain a linseed skin meal with an oil content lower than 1%;

[0019] (3) pulverizing the flaxseed meal into powder, and at least passing through a 100-mesh standard sieve;

[0020] (4) dissolving the linseed skin powder in water 15-30 times the quality of the skin powder, centrifuging into a solid phase and a liquid phase after fully stirring, the solid phase being water-insoluble fiber, and the liquid phase containing water-soluble fiber;

[0021] (5) Adjust the pH value of the liquid phase prepared in (4...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting a composite flax dietary fiber. The method comprises the following steps: peeling off flaxseeds, and degreasing the peel; crushing, separating, and respectively extracting a water-soluble fiber and a water-insoluble fiber; and removing cyanogenetic glycoside, and preparing powder by spraying. By virtue of the distribution condition and the physicochemical property of the flax dietary fiber in the flaxseeds, and integration of mechanical, physical and chemical means, the extracted flax dietary fiber reaches 85% and above; the extraction technology is low in production cost, free of environmental pollution, and simple in process route; the cyanogenetic glycoside residue in the extracted product accords with the relevant national standards in China; and the composite dietary fiber is prepared while the comprehensive utilization of the flaxseeds is finished.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of functional foods, in particular to a production method of a composite dietary fiber obtained by extracting flax water-soluble dietary fiber and water-insoluble dietary fiber from flaxseed and removing cyanogenic glycosides. Background technique [0002] Dietary fiber refers to macromolecular substances mainly composed of polysaccharides that are not easily digested and absorbed by the human body. Its chemical composition includes cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin and pectic substances, glycoproteins and lignin. Dietary fiber has strong oil-holding, solubilizing, water-absorbing swelling power, water-holding power, ability to bind and exchange cations, adsorption and chelation of organic compounds, and induction of microorganisms. It can prevent and treat many diseases. The "seventh nutrient" after starch, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and water. Dietary fiber is divided into two categories: water-soluble and wa...
