The invention discloses low-protein fish meal-free grass carp puffed mixed feed which comprises the following raw materials: bean pulp, fermented bean pulp, wheat, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, wheat middling, rice bran, soybean oil, fish soluble, monocalcium phosphate, bentonite, zeolite powder, choline chloride, salt, composite vitamins, composite mineral salts, active essentiale, composite microecologics and a composite immunopotentiator. As fish meal is replaced by high-quality animal and plant protein sources, the problem of essential amino acid composition balance is effectively solved; due to addition of the active essentiale such as bile acid, L-carnitine, taurine, plant flavonoids and marine organism active substances, digestion, absorption and catabolism of grass carps to fat can be promoted, and liver and gall diseases can be prevented. As no fish meal is used in the feed, the protein resource is saved, and the cultivation cost can be lowered; and because of low protein, the essential amino acid balance is good, the burden of organs of the grass craps is alleviated, and the diseases can be reduced.
