Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting unsaturated fatty acid from an Asia grateloupia filicina. The method comprises the following steps: washing Asia grateloupia filicina clean; adding a composite cellulase according to the mass ratio of 1:100 and acting at the temperature of 50 DEG C for 2h; draining, drying and smashing to obtain the grateloupia filicina powder; adding the grateloupia filicina powder into petroleum ether, soaking for 24h, performing water bath backflow, filtering and centrifuging to obtain supernate; adding a saponified solution to the supernate, adding a hydrochloric acid solution by the end of saponification, and adjusting the PH value to 3.4-4 to obtain the unsaturated fatty acid. The gas chromatography shows that in the unsaturated fatty acid extracted from the grateloupia filicina pretreated by the composite cellulase, the content of timnodonic acid (C20:5) and eicosatetraenoic acid (C20:4) is greater than 75% of the total unsaturated fatty acid and is about 50% higher than that of the direct extraction process. A method for efficiently extracting the unsaturated fatty acid from the Asia grateloupia filicina is established for the first time and a scientific basis for the efficient comprehensive utilization of Asia grateloupia filicina is provided.
