Abstract

The device structurally comprises an adjusting tank T0 for primary washing and secondary washing water of iron phosphate, a recycled concentrated water tank T1, a tubular filter membrane device DF, a filter press device PF, a filtering water tank T2, a primary reverse osmosis device RO1, a primary reverse-osmosis concentrated water tank T3, a concentrated water reverse osmosis device RO3, a concentrated water reverse-osmosis production water tank T4, a secondary reverse osmosis device RO2 and a secondary reverse-osmosis production water tank T5. The treatment and recycling method comprises steps as follows: pH (potential of hydrogen) is increased by adding liquid ammonia, trace heavy metal is circularly filtered out through tubular membrane filtering, and filter-press sludge is transported outwards; high-purity production water generated through concentration and purification of filtrate obtained after tubular membrane filtering is taken as pure production water to be recycled; a mother solution and a concentrated solution are mixed and subjected to evaporative crystallization treatment, and ammonium sulphate and ammonium phosphate are produced. The iron phosphate wastewater treatment and recycling device and method have the advantages as follows: pollution is eliminated, water is saved, and raw materials of a compound fertilizer are recycled.
