Embodiment 1

[0032] First prepare methacryloyloxyethyl-N,N-dimethylpropanesulfonate (DMAPS)

[0033]Weigh 630gDM and put it into the reactor, then put it into the constant temperature water bath, heat and start stirring. Then weigh 122g PS, add it directly into DM, the reaction temperature is 35°C, stir and react for 1.5h to get the crude product of DMAPS. Transfer the crude DMAPS product to a large piece of filter paper, wrap it in a Soxhlet extractor, and use ethanol as a solvent to extract it for 1 hour. After the extraction, put the filter paper bag in a drying oven and dry it at 40°C to obtain The pure DMAPS monomer has a yield of 92.8%, (the yield is the ratio of the mass of the product actually obtained and the mass of the theoretical product obtained by the stoichiometric reaction).

Embodiment 2

[0039] Weigh 100g of DMAPS and 60g of AM respectively, add a certain amount of deionized water to dissolve and transfer to the reactor, the total monomer concentration is 40%. Access to N 2 Deoxygenation was performed for 1 hour, while the temperature was raised to 65° C., kept for 30 minutes, and then 0.5 g of potassium persulfate was added. After 6 hours of reaction, a gel-like solid was obtained, which was precipitated with acetone to obtain a white precipitate. After drying at 110°C for 24 hours, it was pulverized to obtain DMAPS / AM zwitterionic copolymer.

Embodiment 3

[0041] Weigh 130gDMAPS, 60gAM, 10gNaCl respectively, add a certain amount of deionized water to dissolve and transfer to the reactor, the total monomer concentration is 30%. Access to N 2 Deoxygenation was carried out for 1 hour, and the temperature was raised to 55° C., kept for 30 minutes, and then 0.9 g of ammonium persulfate was added. After reacting for 5 hours, a gel-like solid was obtained, which was precipitated with acetone to obtain a white precipitate. After drying at 110°C for 24 hours, it was pulverized to obtain DMAPS-AM zwitterionic copolymer.

Abstract

The present invention provides a highly efficient water-based drilling fluid and a synthesizing method and application therefor. The drilling fluid comprises water, a zwitterion polymer, anhydrous calcium chloride, a soil phase and a flow pattern regulator, wherein, with the weight of the water as a reference, the weight of the zwitterion polymer is 0.5-5% of that of the water, the weight of the anhydrous calcium chloride is 20-70% of that of the water, the weight of the soil phase is 0-6% of that of the water and the weight of the flow pattern regulator is 0.1-0.4% of that of the water. The present invention further provides a synthesizing method and application for the water-based drilling fluid. According to the drilling water provided by the present invention, synergy between the calcium chloride and the zwitterion polymer enables the drilling fluid to have the excellent rheological property, filtration control property and inhibiting property, plugging property and lubricating property.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a drilling fluid, in particular to a drilling fluid containing zwitterionic polymer. Background technique [0002] In view of the characteristics of shale gas formations such as developed fractures, strong water sensitivity, easy lost circulation, collapse, and diameter shrinkage, solving problems such as wellbore stability, drag reduction and friction reduction during drilling has become the top priority in the selection of drilling fluids . At present, oil-based drilling fluid is mainly used in the drilling process of domestic shale gas horizontal wells, but the high cost and high pollution of oil-based drilling fluid are its natural defects. If water-based drilling fluids can achieve breakthroughs in suppression, plugging, lubrication, carrying rock and removing sand, etc., the application prospects in shale gas horizontal wells will be very great. At present, water-based drilling fluids with great application potential in...
