The invention relates to an emulsion with both resistance reduction and thickening properties in fracturing as well as rapid dissolution and a preparation method thereof. The emulsion is obtained by the polymerization of a water-in-oil type emulsion, namely a reverse-phase emulsion, including the polymerization process of the reverse-phase emulsion and the treatment process of phase inversion performed on the emulsion after polymerization. The reverse-phase emulsion consists of an organic solvent, an emulsifying surfactant, a monomer, a nano micro-sphere containing a chain extension group, water, an initiating agent and a phase inversion surfactant. In the synthesis of the emulsion, the nano micro-sphere containing the chain extension group is introduced. A cationic surfactant is added ina reverse phase of the emulsion and absorbed on a macromolecular chain. The preparation method comprises the following five steps: organic phase preparation, water phase preparation, mixed emulsification, polymerization, and phase inversion. The emulsion with both resistance reduction and thickening properties in fracturing as well as rapid dissolution, prepared by the method, can effectively improve a fracturing effect in petroleum and natural gas exploitation.
