Abstract

The fabric coating adhesive is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of waterborne acrylic emulsion, 1-10 parts of a silver-loaded inorganic antibacterial agent, 1-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-5 parts of a stabilizer and 10-20 parts of a solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding waterborne acrylic emulsion and deionized water into a dispersing kettle, and stirring for 5-20 minutes at room temperature and at the stirring speed of 200-500 rpm; adding the dispersing agent and the stabilizer in one time, and stirring for 10-30 minutes at room temperature and at the stirring speed of 200-500 rpm; adding the inorganic antibacterial agent, wherein the particle size ranges from 0.5 [mu]m to 3 [mu]m, and carrying out ultrasonic oscillating for 30-60 minutes; after suction filtration, drying for 2-3 h at 80-100 DEG C so as to obtain a finished product.
