Abstract

The sheet adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of synthetic rubber, 3-10 parts of softening agent, 5-15 parts of tackifier, 10-25 parts of sound attenuation filling agent, 2-8 parts of viscosity stabilizer, 4-10 parts of flame retardant, 5-10 parts of reinforcing filler and 0.1-5 parts of anti-aging agent. The adhesive is a non-curing type sheet, cannot change in state when placed at normal temperature for 12 months, has adhesive force with oil steel plate and galvanized steel plate substrates, and is adhered to the car door to eliminate noise generated in the car driving process. In addition, the addition of the viscosity stabilizer can improve the application temperature of the adhesive, so that the adhesive has good initial adhesion force at 0-40 DEG C.
