Abstract

The culture material has the advantages of fast spawn running, strong growth of mycelia, and low competitor pollution rate when the culture material is used to culture domestic fungi; and the domestic fungi produced by using the culture material have various qualities and nutrition characteristics of domestic fungi produced through using common culture materials, and have a high biological conversion rate. The domestic fungus culture material obviously reduces the dosages of wood chips and cottonseed shells, effectively reduces destroys of forest felling to environment, reduces the cost, and is worth to be popularized.
