Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an industrial environment-friendly stone paper. The method comprises the steps of: 1) preparing the following raw materials by weight: 70-80 parts of talcum powder or calcium carbonate, 20-25 parts of linear low density polyethylene with a melt index of 0.5-0.8, 2-3 parts of polyacrylamide, 1-2 parts of glycerol trihydroxystearate, and 10-15 parts of a phthalate coupling agent; and 2) putting the raw materials of last step into a high-speed mixer to conduct heating mixing, performing plasticization at 150-165DEG C, and carrying out calendering and casting process, thus obtaining the stone paper. The stone paper product obtained by the method provided by the invention has high quality index, high tensile strength and small proportion. The preparation technology involved in the invention has high yield up to more than 98%.
