Abstract

The tea uses Pu'er tea as a main raw material and anti-cancer and cancer-preventing Chinese herbal medicines and edible materials as adjuvant materials, and the main raw material and the adjuvant materials undergo aerobic fermentation and anoxic fermentation under the action of a composite probiotic culture so as to prepare the tea product.
