The formula of the environment-friendly rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4.3 to 8.7 parts of vulcanizing agent, 3 to 8 parts of 2-mercaptoimidazoline, 1.26 to 2.68 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 2.7 to 4.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 5.23 to 7.26 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1.38 to 2.65 parts of tert butyl phenolic resin and 4.6 to 6.8 parts of magnesium oxide. The polydimethylsiloxane is used as a raw material, a novel curing way is realized by virtue of a chemical reaction between groups of the polydimethylsiloxane and other reactive compounds, so that silicone rubber is prepared, the novel curing way has no problem of catalyst poisoning and organic micromolecule release, and an environmental protection purpose is achieved; and moreover, the silicone rubber can be widely applied to sealants, binders, paint, potting and coatings.
