The plate comprises a physicochemical base material, an adhesive and a physicochemical film bonding to the physicochemical base material through the adhesive, wherein the physicochemical film is prepared from, by weight, 60-70 parts of modified phenolic resin, 10-16 parts of epoxy resin, 22-25 parts of melamino-formaldehyde resin, 30-36 parts of lignin, 2-5 parts of carbon fiber 13-16 parts of hollow glass microspheres, 5-8 parts of precipitated barium sulphate, 24-27 parts of white carbon black, 1.7-1.9 parts of diisooctyl phthalate, 3-6 parts of cresyl diphenyl phosphate, 2-4 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1-2 parts of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, 2-4 parts of diphosphonate pentaerythritol honey ammonium salt, 2.5-3 parts of guanidine sulfamate, 1.2-1.5 parts of tert-butylhydroquinone and 1-1.4 parts of antiager 6161.
