[0035] The present invention is applicable to the preparation method of the water-based graphene conductive ink of screen printing, comprises the following steps:

[0036] (1) Mix thixotropic agent, defoamer and antifungal agent with water according to the formula ratio to make solution A;

[0037] (2) under stirring condition, the graphene water dispersion slurry of required ratio is gradually added in solution A, and mixes and obtains slurry B;

[0038] (3) Utilize a filter press to dehydrate slurry B under a pressure of 0.3MPa to obtain slurry C;

[0039] (4) Mix the required proportion of film-forming agent and slurry C and stir evenly, and use a three-roll mill to grind the mixed slurry to a fineness <20 μm to obtain slurry D;

[0040] (5) Add an appropriate amount of water to the slurry D to adjust the viscosity of the slurry to a specified value to obtain a water-based graphene conductive ink. The final static viscosity of the ink is 6000-8000MPa·s, the rotational vis...

Embodiment 1

[0043] 50g of graphene powder prepared by intercalation exfoliation method is added to 1000g concentration of maleimide in the aqueous solution of 0.5wt%, with 20000 rpm high-speed shear dispersion for 60 minutes, the concentration can be obtained as 5wt%. Graphene water dispersion slurry.

[0044] In parts by weight, the raw material composition of graphene conductive ink is as follows:

[0045]

[0046] In the present embodiment, the preparation process of graphene conductive ink is as follows:

[0047] (1) Sodium polyacrylate, silicone defoamer, sodium dehydroacetate and sodium benzoate were added in proportion to 190 parts of water to prepare a uniform aqueous solution with a solid content of 3 wt%. Add fumed silica under stirring condition, the stirring speed is 800 rpm, and keep stirring for 30 minutes to disperse the silica powder evenly. (Solution A)

[0048] (2) Reduce the stirring speed to 600 rpm, and gradually add the graphene water-dispersed slurry of the fo...

Embodiment 2

[0054] The difference from Example 1 is:

[0055] In parts by weight, the composition of graphene conductive ink is:

[0056]

[0057] In the present embodiment, the preparation process of conductive ink is as follows:

[0058] (1) Add sodium ethyl cellulose, silicone defoamer, sodium sorbate and sodium benzoate to 100 parts of water in proportion to prepare a uniform aqueous solution with a solid content of about 3 wt%. Add fumed silica under stirring condition, the stirring speed is 800 rpm, and keep stirring for 30 minutes to disperse the silica powder evenly. (Solution A)

[0059] (2) Reduce the stirring speed to 600 rpm, and gradually add the graphene water-dispersed slurry of the formula ratio into solution A; before each addition, ensure that the previously added graphene slurry has been uniformly dispersed in the solution. (Solution B)

[0060] (3) Continue stirring for 20 minutes after the feeding is completed, then place the obtained slurry in a filter press, ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of printing electronic materials, and particularly relates to an aqueous graphene conductive printing ink suitable for screen printing and a preparing method thereof. The aqueous graphene conductive printing ink with good impressionability is prepared by mixing graphene water dispersed slurry with a certain graphene content, a thixotropic agent, a defoaming agent and an aqueous solution of a mildew preventive, dehydrating, adding a film forming agent, grinding until fineness is less than 20 [mu]m, and adjusting viscosity of slurry until the static viscosity is 6000-8000 MP.s and the rotary viscosity is 1500-3000 MP.s. Conductivity of films formed by printing ink printing can reach 10<5>-10<6> S/m and is about 100 times of conductivity of carbon based conductive printing ink sold in the market at present. The printing ink adopts water as a solvent, and therefore preparation and printing processes are free of generation of volatile organics. Films can be formed by curing only through low-temperature drying at a temperature lower than 80 DEG C after printing and molding and can achieve the optimum conductive state, thus effectively simplifying a printing process of printing electronic devices, reducing heat resistance requirements on printing base materials, and reducing the preparing cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of printed electronic materials, in particular to a water-based graphene conductive ink suitable for screen printing and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Printed electronics is a technology that uses traditional printing technology to manufacture electronic devices and systems. With the advancement of technology and the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the use of printed electronic technology to manufacture printed circuit boards, membrane switches, radio frequency tag antennas and other products to replace the traditional photolithography and corrosion methods that have been used is gradually becoming a major issue due to its low cost and environmental protection. An emerging direction of development. Conductive ink is a key issue in the development of printed electronics technology. The ideal conductive ink requires low price, easy preparation and storage, good printa...
