Embodiment 1

[0019] Example 1 Cobalt phthalocyanine functionalized Janus composite material (CoTaPc-PS@SiO 2 )

[0020] (1) The preparation method is as follows

[0021] 1. Synthesis of tetracarboxamidophthalocyanine

[0022] Weigh 4-carboxyphthalic anhydride (4.72g, 20mmol), urea (9.6g, 160mmol), ammonium molybdate (0.15g, 0.8mmol) and cobalt dichloride hexahydrate (1.43g, 6mmol) and add into 30 mL of trichlorobenzene, and react the mixture at 190°C for 4-5 hours. After the reaction, filter while hot, and wash the solid three times with nitrobenzene and methanol respectively. The filter cake was added to 100mL deionized water, and filtered after reflux for 2h; the resulting solid was added to 100mL of HCl solution (1.0mol / L), and filtered after reflux for 2h; ratio of 1:1) in the mixed solution was refluxed for 2h, filtered, and the final product was washed with ether, tetrahydrofuran, and chloroform in sequence to obtain tetracarboxamidophthalocyanine.

[0034] Example 2 Cobalt phthalocyanine functionalized Janus composite material (CoTaPc-PS@SiO2 ) Dispersion in solvent

[0035] The composite material CoTaPc-PS@SiO 2 Dispersibility in solvents, Figure 4 is the composite material CoTaPc-PS@SiO 2 Photographs of ultrasonic dispersion in water and toluene and standing for 12 hours, and photographs of emulsifying water and toluene as particle emulsifiers to obtain oil-in-water (O / W) and water-in-oil (W / O) emulsions, respectively. The results show that the material has good dispersibility in both water and toluene. As a particle emulsifier, it can not only form O / W type and W / O type emulsions respectively, but both emulsions have good stability. After that, the characteristics of the emulsion are still maintained ( Figure 5 ).

Embodiment 3

[0036] Example 3 Cobalt phthalocyanine functionalized Janus composite material (CoTaPc-PS@SiO 2 )Applications

[0037] At room temperature, 5 mg catalyst CoTaPc-PS@SiO 2 Ultrasonic dispersion in 10ml of rhodamine B aqueous solution (10ppm), after 250W xenon lamp irradiation for 5h, the degradation rate of rhodamine B can reach 90%. The catalyst was centrifuged, washed three times with distilled water, and the substrate solution was added again, and the photocatalytic experiment was repeated. The catalyst was reused three times, and the catalytic effect did not decrease significantly.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cobalt phthalocyanine functionalized Janus composite material and its preparation method and application. The technical solution adopted is: tetracarboxycobalt phthalocyanine is immobilized on the surface of the aminated Janus composite material through electrostatic interaction, and a new composite material CoTaPc‑PS@ is prepared that has both the catalytic activity of phthalocyanine and the emulsifying properties of Janus materials. SiO2, this composite material has good dispersion in both aqueous and organic phases, and has potential application prospects in the fields of organic dye degradation, fuel desulfurization, styrene epoxidation and other fields.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of catalyst materials, in particular to a method for preparing a cobalt phthalocyanine functionalized Janus composite material. Background technique [0002] In recent years, Janus materials have attracted much attention due to their two surfaces with different chemical compositions, and their special structures and properties have become a research hotspot in materials science. Among the many excellent properties of Janus materials, amphiphilicity allows them to act as particle emulsifiers to stabilize emulsions. Phthalocyanines (Pcs) are widely used in catalysis, organic solar cells, nonlinear optical materials and many other fields due to their unique optical and electrochemical properties. Among them, cobalt phthalocyanine complexes exhibit high catalytic activity and selectivity in the degradation of organic dyes, desulfurization of fuel oil, and epoxidation of styrene. By introducing phthalocyanine complexes i...
