Abstract

The invention discloses a static water-supply solid polymer electrolyte water electrolysis device with a water-permeable plate. The device includes a solid polymer electrolyte water electrolysis cell and a water tank, wherein the electrolysis cell consists of a water cavity, a water-permeable plate, a membrane electrode assembly and a pole plate composition. The water in the water tank enters the water chamber depending on the pressure difference between the water tank and the water chamber. The pressure difference between the water tank and the water chamber is realized by introducing the reaction gas (hydrogen or oxygen) into the water tank. Water passes through the permeable plate to the membrane electrode assembly. The invention adopts the permeable plate as the polar plate of the solid polymer electrolyte water electrolysis cell, can directly use the cooling water of the electrolysis cell to realize static water supply, and effectively reduce the energy consumption of the electrolysis cell system.
