Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a functional cotton fabric by trivalent neodymium ion complexing phytic acid. The method comprises the following steps of (1) dissolving a trivalent neodymium ion salt into 50mL of water, adding a cotton fabric, stirring for 30min at the temperature of 60 DEG C, fetching out, and drying; (2) adding the treated cotton fabric in a phytic acid water solution, and stirring for 45min at the temperature of 80 DEG C; (3) cooling to 0-5 DEG C, and adding aniline; (4) slowly dripping an ammonium persulfate water solution, and standing for 30min; (5) fetching out the treated cotton fabric, washing by water, and drying. The method has the advantages that the trivalent neodymium ion is used as a phytic acid adsorbent by the preparation technique, the phytic acid is enriched at the surface of cotton fiber, then the aniline is polymerized at the surface of cotton fiber in situ, and the conductivity and flame-retardant property of the cotton fabric are realized; the flocculation technique of trivalent neodymium ion on phytic acid is combined with the polyaniline in-situ chemical synthesizing technique, the washing-resistant property of the phytic acid is improved, and the stability and durability of conductivity and flame-retardant property of the cotton fabric are improved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing functional cotton fabrics, in particular to a method for preparing functional cotton fabrics by using trivalent neodymium ions to complex phytic acid. Background technique [0002] With the advancement of science and technology, more electrical products have entered people's lives, bringing electromagnetic pollution to people, which is called the fourth largest pollution after air pollution, water pollution and noise pollution. After the human body is irradiated by excessive electromagnetic waves, blood, lymph fluid and cell protoplasm will change, causing DNA damage in cells and genetic mutations and deformities, which in turn induce leukemia and tumors, and also cause placental chromosomal changes. Lead to deformity of the baby or spontaneous abortion of pregnant women. [0003] Conductive polymers are organic polymers with adjustable conductive properties, especially polyaniline has been widely used in the f...
